Tesco in Truro has donated a selection of Christmas hampers to Coastline Housing’s Homeless Service.
The hampers include everything needed for a traditional Christmas meal and they will be distributed to clients staying in Coastline’s crisis and supported accommodation over the festive period.
Tamsyn Pegler, client development and volunteer worker for Coastline’s Homeless Service, said: “We’re incredibly grateful to Tesco Truro for this very generous donation. Christmas can be an especially difficult time of year when you are without a home of your own, so this thoughtful gift will bring a little extra cheer to our clients.
“We’d like to say a special thank you to Sue Caddy, a member of our cleaning team, who liaised with Tesco Truro to organise this fantastic donation.”
