One of TV's biggest dancing stars is set to grace the stage in Cornwall next month, when he brings his new show to Truro.

Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole will be performing at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro in his new show, All Night Long.

Brendan, who has been a staple on the hit BBC One show since it first started 13-years-ago, says that the new show will feel familiar to Strictly fans.

The show includes a 14 piece band with singers live on stage, a new leading lady and guest dancers.

Brendan is bringing his new show to Truro as part of a nationwide tour, which is travelling all over the country, from Scotland to Cornwall.

This is the fourth tour, and fourth show, that Brendan has put together, and he says that this show is the perfect opportunity for fans of hit BBC show to get a taste of Strictly.

Brendan, 40, said: "The venue is very well supported and the crowd enjoy coming out to the show. Truro is a really lovely crowd.

"This is the fourth production I've brought down to Cornwall; it's a brand new show with a brand new cast of dancers.

"We don't really know how it’s going to be until you are on the stage, but we've been doing it for a while now and it’s been going great.

"It’s a Strictly show, if you enjoy Strictly you will enjoy the show.

"People are coming out to get a taste of someone they know on the telly, and having a rapport with the audience is very special.

"There are lots of shows that miss that, but I want to get to know the crowd and want them to get to know me.

"It's my favourite thing to do every year, I love being on the road, there's no responsibility but the show.

"It's a 45 day tour so we try to get a few places in each area. We try to play as many areas as we can.

"We're bringing Strictly to people who don't get the chance to go see it live.

"Strictly is a massive part of my life now, it's a phenomenal thing to be involved with from the beginning.

"People love Strictly and it’s great to be a part of it, but in Strictly I'm a small part of a big production.

"With my show it is my show. I prefer being in charge, it’s called being a control freak

"What I say goes, it’s a lovely feeling.

"I want every person on stage to enjoy themselves and I want my cast to see it as their show too."

The show will be performed at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro on March 3, with tickets costing between £30 and £39
