Body washed up on Perranporth beach identified as Truro man
A body which washed up on a Perranporth beach at the start of the month has been identified as that of a 43 year old Truro man.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the body of Stephen Lloyd Thomas was found at Perran Sands at 8.30am on Monday, February 6.
The body has since been identified, and Mr Thomas' next of kin have been informed. Officers said the death is "currently being treated as unexplained."
Police are asking the public for information and would like to hear from anyone who knew Stephen, or who saw him in the days leading up to his death.
