Strong winds are set to hit Cornwall tomorrow morning, the Met Office has warned.
The forecaster has issued a yellow weather warning for wind, covering Cornwall and the rest of the south west from early Wednesday into Thursday morning.
Gusts of 65 to 70 mph are expected along exposed coasts and over high ground, from 9am until 7pm the following day, with gusts of 50 mph elsewhere.
The chief forecaster said: "Winds will gradually ease from the west during the night, finally easing from the far south east of England around dawn on Thursday.
"Outbreaks of rain, some of it heavy, will accompany the strong winds and will add to the difficult driving conditions."
