A 67-year-old man has died after the vehicle he was travelling was involved in a collision on the A30 at Highgate Hill, Cornwall.
Emergency services attended the scene at around 7am this morning, Friday 13 April 2018, after receiving reports of a Landrover having collided with the central reservation on Highgate Hill.
The male driver suffered fatal injuries as a results of the collision and was taken by land ambulance to Treliske Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The female passenger was uninjured.
Closures were in place at Highgate Hill whilst emergency services work at the scene. Local officers as well as Officers from the Roads Policing Team, and Serious Collison Investigation Unit attended the Scene.
