Rick Stein's chippy opens this evening

Rick Stein's long awaited restuarant is due to open it's doors this evening. The restuarant, which has caused a stir since it was first announced will start serving customers at 5pm. The Packet interviewed the fish dish guru yesterday to hear why he chose the town and what hungry customers can expect.
