GERMOE AND DISTRICT WI:"Going for a Song"- with the help of Lesley Robinson, members of Germoe and District WI were hoping to learn a little about antiques at their April meeting. They were divided into five teams and each team in turn were given ten small antiques. These had to be identified, aged and valued - what one would pay in an antique shop, but players were told nothing was worth more than £100. |

G C G SUPPORT GROUP FOR CORNWALL HOSPICE CARE: The group celebrates its tenth birthday this year. The committee passes on thanks to everyone who has supported them. Please continue the support, beginning with a concert on March 16, 7.30pm, Nancegollan Village Hall, given by the St Aubyn Singers from Praze. Cost £4 to include special refreshments, punch, raffle and Hospice stall. |
