Several visitors and friends joined regular members on a walk from the Town Hall to the river frontage with history in every building and many details it might be easy to miss without such expert guidance. |

Twenty-six local groups and associations took part this year and raised £200 for the improvement fund. The competition to identify the various countries in "Christmas round the world" attracted nearly 40 entries and was won by Mrs Angela Wood. |
