METHODIST CHURCH: Sunday morning family service was led by Barry Partridge and was split into several topics, such as the three types of listening (me, you and us) and the ABC of salvation (ask, believe, confess).
Barry used his puppet Charlie to help illustrate some of the points. Sandra Partridge read from Acts 8 and a dance was devised and performed by the girls from Junior Church. Jenny Rapson was the pianist.
Before the service the Youth Music Group led the singing and played, including a rap number. The instruments included guitars, keyboards, flute, saxophone and drums. After the service refreshments were served in the hall.
