A Newlyn bonfire saw fire crews from Penzance called out yesterday due to fears over a 10 litre container of diesel.
Two pumping appliances from Penzance attended the large bonfire on open ground in Newlyn just after 7.30pm yesterday
Crew used breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a jet to extinguish the fire and cool the diesel container.
