A fire broke out in the pump room of a swimming pool in St Ives yesterday, involving a generator and chemicals.
Two crews from St Ives and a third from Penzance were sent just after midday Firefighters were forced to wear breathing equipment while putting out the fire using a hose reel.
The chemicals were then placed in a drum so they could be disposed of safely.
