Firefighetrs were called to Trewartha Estate, Carbis Bay, in the early hours of this morning after a report of a smoking electric radiator.
Two appliances with twelve firefighters attended a call just after 3am and found that there was a smell of smoke on the ground floor of the building.
A spokesman said that the fire was out when crews arrived and that firefighters isolated the electrics to the radiator.
