Police are trying to identify a man they would like to speak to in connection with several fraud-related crimes in shops in Redruth, Camborne, Helston and St Ives.

The incidents happened between Sunday, July 6 and Friday, July 11, in Redruth, Camborne, Helston and St Ives, where refunds were requested on items that had not been purchased in the store.

The man police are keen to trace is described as white, in his late 20s to early 30s, 6ft 1ins, of slim build, with short ginger hair. He wears glasses and carries a black satchel.

Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to call police on 101 quoting crime number CR/089161/14, or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
