Cornwall Council is holding a public meeting in Hayle to discuss a proposed 15,000 square metre retail development at Hayle Rugby Club.
The council will be holding the meeting at 6pm on Thursday November 27 at Hayle Community School to share information and listen to public opinion on planning application PA14/02920.
The outline application is for a proposed retail development of up to 15,539 square metres with infrastructure, access arrangements, servicing, parking and landscaping.
Anyone who attends the meeting who wishes to express their views on the planning application to the strategic planning committee will be asked to register on arrival and will then be called upon to speak.
The evening will provide an opportunity for councillors to listen to the views of local people, and no decision will be taken at the meeting.
The planning application will be considered and debated at a future meeting of the strategic planning committee.
Full details of the application can be found on the online planning register under reference number PA14/02920 via the following link: http://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications/
