Two arrested for outraging public decency over sex on Penzance bench allegation
Police have confirmed that a man and woman have been arrested for 'outraging public decency' after an allegation they were spotted having sex on a bench in Penzance.
The pair were arrested on Penzance Promenade were arrested just after 1.30pm on Sunday.
A police spokesman confirmed that Demelza Lentell, 37, from Liskeard and Jamie Lynn, aged 39 of Penzance were taken to Newquay police station and charged with outraging public decency.
A date has been set for a hearing at magistrates court on December 8.
