'Large gorse fire' at Pendeen
The third gorse fire in Cornwall in less than 24 hours has broken out at Pendeen in the west of the county.
Two appliances from St Just were called at around 1.30pm to what the fire service desrcibed as "a large gorse fire."
Fire and Rescue Personnel were monitoring the fire and allowing it burn to a natural break under their supervision.
