Man charged over threat to police officers allegation in Hayle
A man has been charged after he allegedly threatened police officers in Hayle in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers were initially called following reports of a disturbance in Harveys Way at 4.51am on Sunday 22 February.
A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray and taken to Camborne police station.
Jason Abbott, of Harveys Way, Hayle, has been charged with using threatening behaviour and is due appear before Truro Magistrates’ Court on 9 March 2015.
