The public are advised to be vigilant after a woman was pushed against a fence and sexually assaulted by two men in Hayle on Monday afternoon.
Police investigating the assault which took place between 1.30pm and 1.45pm in Water Lane.
The victim was approached by two unknown men, both described as white, approximately six feet tall and speaking with eastern European accents.
The men sexually assaulted the woman by inappropriate touching and then pushed her against a fence, knocking her head. She managed to kick one of the offenders, and they then threw her to the ground and ran off down the lane.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of Water Lane during this time, or anyone with information relating to this incident.
