The partner of a woman reported as missing from Marazion has been charged with her murder.

At 2.30pm today 32-year-old Dean Lowe from Marazion was charged with the murder of Kirby Noden, also aged 32.

Kirby had initially been treated as a high risk missing person by police, following concerns for her welfare from her friends and relatives in the North West last Thursday.

Detectives are now keen to speak to anyone who has had contact with or seen Kirby since December 2016.

Kirby has yet to be located and searches and enquiries continue to trace her.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting Op Gerrit reference number Log 041- 18th May 2017 Speaking earlier this week, Detective Inspector Ben Beckerleg, who is leading the investigation said: “We are urging anyone with information, no matter how small to contact us as soon as possible. Even a small detail could prove critical in this investigation.”
