Helston are through to the Cornwall Senior Cup final for the first time in 76 years after victory over Peninsula League premier division Newquay at Treyew Road on Tuesday.
Luke Weldhen put the Peppermints into the lead before a late goal from James Miller took the game into extra time.
Mark Goldsworthy put the Blues 2-1 up only for Weldhen to equalise soon after.
But Miller was on-hand to seal a famous victory for Sid Taylor's side when he scored the winner in the 115th minute to spark wild scenes of celebration on the touchline.
