In welcoming Moseley to the Mennaye Field on Sunday, the Cornish Pirates will also be keen to strive for a victory that would still give them an outside chance of making the Championship play-offs.

It is clearly an important match for both sides, which now kicks off at 1.15pm and not 3pm as originally advertised.

England also play Italy in the RBS Six Nations on Sunday (ko 3pm), and with big screens showing the international game in the Travis Perkins Beer Tent at the Mennaye Field, rugby supporters will have the opportunity to watch both matches 'live'.

For the game against Moseley the Cornish Pirates welcome back skipper and scrum-half Gavin Cattle to the starting line-up. Aaron Penberthy will be his half-back partner, and Tom Bedford also comes back into the side for him and Tom Riley to form the midfield duo.

Gary Johnson will again partner former 'Mose' player David Lyons in the second-row, whilst 'up front' it's Ryan Storer and Peter Joyce who are the named propping pair.

Young hooker Will Tanner will make his debut for the Pirates, having joined the club on a dual-registration agreement with Bath Rugby, and there's a place on the bench for scrum-half Chris Cook, who has been similarly signed.
