Andy Hicks to play exhibition match at Rack em Up
World number 64 snooker player Andy Hicks will play an exhibition match at Rack em Up snooker and pool club on Saturday.
Andy recorded his second 147 break - the ultimate achievement in snooker - during the UK Championships in December, and has more than 300 century breaks to his name both in practice and in competition.
The exhbition, which is sponsored by Dig n’ Delve second-hand emporium on Swanpool Street, will see him take on some of the club’s junior players, as well as more established names such as Rack em Up club player Bobby Southworth.
Tickets cost £7.50 and are available from Rack em Up. The price includes a pasty and a pint, as well as the opportunity to see a professional in action first-hand.
