Jolly's Combination League side Mullion will host cup holders Bodmin Town in the third round of this season's Cornwall Senior Cup.

Mullion stunned division one west Wadebridge in the last round, winning 1-2 at Bodieve Park.

They join fellow Combination League sides Wendron, Ludgvan and St Day in the final 16 of the competition.

Wendron will play division one west Dobwalls away, Ludgvan face at trip to the Kimberley Stadium to face Saltash United, and St Day host division one west strugglers Penzance at home.

Bodmin booked their place in the next round with a seven goal demotion of Porthleven at Gala Parc.

Goals from Sam Matthews, Tom Chambers, Lee Doel, James Alexander and a hat-trick from Chris Wright saw Darren Gilbert's side sweep past the Fishermen.

Speaking after the game, Darren Gilbert said his side would not give up the Senior Cup easily, and given the teams left in the competition, must be seen as favourites to retain the trophy.

Fellow SWPL premier division sides St Austell, Launceston and Godolphin Atlantic play Torpoint Athletic, St Dennis, and Callington respectively.
