Cornwall County Cricket Club open their MCCA Trophy campaign on Sunday 27 April 2014 with a first ever visit to Newport, to play Wales Minor Counties.
A week later Devon visit Truro for the cross Tamar clash. On May 11th Cornwall return to Corsham, the scene of the 2005 semi-final defeat, to play Wiltshire.
The group campaign concludes at Werrington on the Spring Bank Holiday weekend (Sunday 25th May) to take on Dorset. The sides last met in the Trophy in 2007.
The Championship season starts on 8th June with a trip to Henley-on-Thames to play Berkshire.
Three years ago, in the corresponding fixture, Cornwall suffered an innings defeat on the banks of the Thames. In a tough start the champions Cheshire follow at Alderley Edge before a run of three home fixtures.
Games against Wales Minor Counties and Herefordshire at Truro are sandwiched with Shropshire at St Austell. The season concludes with a visit to Dorset at their traditional venue of Dean Park, Bournemouth.
