Porthleven manager Dennis Annear said he felt his side deservd a point after narrowly losing 1-0 to Helston in the Good Friday derby at Gala Parc.

Son Tom Annear's foul on Mark Goldsworthy handed Helston a penalty in the 34th minute, which Goldsworthy tucked away.

But a much-improved Port had the better of the second half, with Dan Tarrant coming closest to an equaliser when his header came back off the crossbar.

Annear said he expected his side to win their remaining games, and declared himself happy with the progress his young side have made over the course of the season.
