If the World Cup is making you football crazy and you want to get your boots on, the annual Norman Nicholls Football tournament is taking place on Saturday, June 21 at St Keverne playing field.
With three different heats taking place throughout the day, there are age groups to suit everyone.
Alongside the football there will also be a barbecue, raffle and refreshments available, and all the money raised from these will be put towards the playing field.
Matches for under 11 year olds will be starting at noon, with registration at 11.30pm; teams are six-a-side, boys, girls or mixed.
Within this time frame there will also be an opportunity for a league between reception and year one children if enough players sign up.
At 4pm the under 16 year olds aim to be starting; these teams are five-a-side, boys, girls or mixed. Entrance is £6.00 per team.
Once they having finished playing adult heats will start, at an estimated time of 5.30pm. Teams are five-a-side, men, women or mixed. Entrance is £10 per team.
Trophies and medals will be awarded to the winning teams on the day.
