GOLFERS helped raise £3,000 for charity at a golf tournament held by the Rotary Club of Truro Boscawen.
The Ocean Falmouth BMW Trophy was played for by teams at Truro Golf Club in aid of charities being supported by the rotary club and the former mayor of Truro, John Tamblyn.
Scott Richards Professional, consisting of Scott Whitfield, Ben Treleaven and Mike Nightingale, were crowned champions with a combined stableford score of 92 points.
Keith West and Friends, made up of Keith West, Derek Parkin, John Doyle and Andy Parkin, came second.90 points.
Other competitions were also held as part of the event with the Ladies Trophy was won by the Killiow Gals team of Anne Pollard, Vicki Armstrong, Ruth Middleton and Mechelle Guy.
The best Visitors Team was Tony Williams, Ian Williams, Malcolm Williams and Gordon Sowter while the best Seniors Team was Keith Wellington, Alan Downie, Peter Pedler and Peter Reid.
Mary Robson and Martin Oates were the longest drive winners.
