ST RUMONS pushed ahead at the summit of the Mining Summer League's A Division after winning a top of the table clash.
On Sunday the team defeated Four Lanes A who going into the match were tied in first place on the leaderboard on 21 points each.
Breaks of 30 from both Steve Draper and Mike Johns were key to Rumons' victory as they completed a 4-2 win.
Four Lanes remain in second place on the table after Park Bottom A and Redruth British Rail B could not beat each other in their match, sharing the spoils with a 3-3 scoreline.
Other games in the division saw Playing Place A draw 3-3 with Illogan while Penponds beat Park Bottom B 4-2.
In the B Division, a new highest break was recorded by David Dean of Lanner as he chalked up 38, beating his previous season's best by four points, as his team beat Playing Place B 4-2.
Park Bottom C recorded a 4-2 victory over Redruth British Rail B keeping them a point ahead of Lanner at the top of the table while the match between Stithians and Park Bottom D was postponed.
