FALMOUTH seconds lost at home to Rosudgeon by three wickets. Ashley Searle made 45 and Sean Turner was run out for 43 in their 184-8. At 27-5 Falmouth looked on to a winner but Matthew Jacka made 66 not out and Mark Waters, batting at eight, hit 47 as victory came with two overs to spare.
Constantine lost by two wickets at promotion chasing Botallack & St Levan in division three. Constantine were well served by Kevin Bosustow (45) and Graham Griffiths (44) in a second wicket stand.
Russell Weetch hit 33 and Tim McCabe 21no in their 205-8. In a tight finish the home side got home with four balls to spare with John Hooley and Scott Rowe making half centuries. The Griffiths brothers, Bosustow and Weetch took two wickets each.
