WILLIAM Giddings won the Men’s Kenny Pascoe Memorial Trophy at Praa Sands Golf and Country Club on Sunday.
He took home the prize after carding 42 points in the stableford competition, with John Clapson coming second and Roy Hillyar third.
Another stableford contest was held at the course on Saturday, this time for the female members of the club.
Wendy Keys finished in first place with 37 points, beating Caroline Hardman by two points. Third went to Linda Dunford.
Jenny Chambers won the ladies’ nine hole stableford match on Wednesday ahead of Hardman and Barbara Wilkins.
On August 10, the club will be hosting the 34th annual Famous Grouse Open. Anyone who wants to take part should call 01736 761830.
