YOUNG cricketers will be coming to Penryn tomorrow, Sunday, to start an annual event celebrating the sport over six days.
The 28th Cornwall Youth Cricket Festival starts with the under 11s softball tournament at St Gluvias Cricket Club’s home in Kernick Road.
Over the following five days, competitions will be played at the ground and Penryn College for players aged up to 17.
A under 14s girls tournament will also feature as part of the festival.
Alongside the cricket, spectators will be able to use the bar at St Gluvias and enjoy hot meals from the kitchen.
