TRAINING sessions to help people prepare to tackle an endurance obstacle course are being held at Penryn Rugby Club.
The Tuff Enuff Above and Beyond Challenge takes place at Pendrea Farm in St Buryan on September 27 with participants set to get caked in mud take on either a 8km course, with 40 obstacles, or a 16km route with more than 80 hazards.
Ahead of the event, Alex Lloyd of Primal Fitness Cornwall will be holding bootcamp-style sessions at the club in Kernick Road every Tuesday until the big day.
Individual sessions, which are also open for people not taking part in the challenge, cost £5 each or three can be bought for £10.
