CAPTAIN Chris Morgan is one of four changes made to the Cornish Pirates starting XV for their British & Irish Cup clash with Welsh outfit Cross Keys on Sunday.

The flanker sat out Saturday's defeat away at Doncaster Knights but has been brought back into the line-up for the game at the Mennaye in place of Jake Parker, with Alex Cheesman moving to number eight.

Other changes include Jack Andrew at loosehead prop in place of the injured Jamal Ford-Robinson while Marcus Garratt replaces Will Carrick Smith in the second row.

Welshman Tom Riley has been brought in at outside centre for Tom Hendrickson.

Featuring on the bench are Jack Innard, who was called up to the England Under 20s squad earlier week, and back row forward John Stevens who has been recalled from his loan to Redruth.

With a break coming up next weekend, the Pirates' director of rugby Ian Davies said the guys are excited about one final run-out before a break is taken.

Davies said: "We are looking forward to another full-blooded encounter against Cross Keys.

"They will be coming here full of confidence after their win at Bedford.

"This is the end of our first block of fixtures and the boys are determined to continue the match to match improvements we have seen thus far this season."
