WAYNE Hughes has been appointed as manager of Falmouth Town's first team after being in temporary charge for the last month.
Hughes stepped into the hot-seat on a caretaker basis after John Dent resigned on October 15 and since then has seen the team win one and lose three, although performances have been improved.
His appointment was confirmed after Saturday's 1-0 loss at Launceston and before becoming caretaker manager, Hughes had been in charge of the club's reserve side.
