PENRYN College will be one of the four centres for the Cornwall RFU's Development Programme during the 2015/16 season.

The school's all-weather pitch will be alongside Penwith College, Newquay Tretherras School and Sir James Smith School where Under 13s and 14s rugby players train through the scheme.

Training will be held on one Monday a month plus three full full days split over August, October and February with the aim being to improve basic skills of the game, positional awareness and game appreciation.

Truro College has been chosen to host the U15s and 16s.

Selection for the England Developing Player Programme will be ongoing during the training while players in the older two age groups have the potential to be picked for county squads.

Entry costs £30 for the season which covers all the dates and all money must be received by August 3.
