Mawnan exacted revenge for a thumping Junior Cup defeat last week by ending Chacewater's 100 per cent record in the Premier Division of the Premier League on Saturday.

Adam Keenan hit a trick for the visitors, two of which came in the first half, with Ollie Smith completing the scoring with a header.

Lizard Argyle remain in top spot with an excellent 4-1 win at Troon. Tristan Hawkins scored a hat-trick for the visitors, with Tom Hendy also notching.

St Keverne suffered a 4-1 defeat at title-chasing West Cornwall.

In the Lockhart Cup, Helston hammered Redruth United 5-1at Kellaway Park. Ben Trerise put the hosts in front and although Redruth equalised, Jack Price put Helston back in front at the break. Price then went into overdrive in the second period, scoring three more to take his tally to four and set up a place in the quarter-finals for the Blues.

Goals from Graham Cook and James Kay gave Mullion a 2-0 victory at Praze in the Division 1 League Cup, while Penryn went down 2-1 at home to Trispen despite Chris Page's goal for the hosts.

In Division 3, Falmouth hammered neighbours Mabe 8-0. Jack Pacy hit a hat-trick with further efforts from Kier Dent, Harry McMellon, Danny Thomas, Sam Tunbridge and James Wright.

Wendon hit St Just for six at Underlane. There were two goals apiece for Zach Alexander and Sam O'Nyons and further efforts from Connor Blake and Nick Tomba.

In Division 5 Hayle won 3-2 at Wendron, with the hosts' goals coming from Ryan Mtichell and Ryan Bennetto.
