Two great rugby friends from Falmouth played their last game at the Recreation Ground - at the age of 60.
Barry Trevaskis (left) and Steve Lightfoot played their first game on the pitch for Falmouth Colts back in 1972 and in a Falmouth v Rest of the World match, they brought the curtain down on long and illustrious careers.
After Colts rugby both men went on to play for the Merit table & KO cup winning Falmouth first team of the 1970s.
They both played for Cornwall at colts, under 21/ 23 and senior level. No fewer than 44 years after their first game together, they hung up their boots together in a fitting finale.
