PENRYN'S third team manager Scott Roberts has been found guilty of an improper conduct charge after a CCFA hearing.

During their Trelawny League match with Chacewater on August 22, Roberts was removed from the technical area by the referee for repeated use of abusive language towards him.

He has been given a three-match stadium ban.

The latest round of misconduct charges involve two members of Helston Athletic Football Club.

Assistant manager Richie Full faces an improper conduct charge from the SWPL Premier match between Helston and Plymouth Parkway on September 10.

It is alleged that in the 44th minute Full entered the field of play without permission and used foul and abusive language towards the referee. The referee then dismissed him from the technical area.

A second incident occurred in the clubhouse after the same match. Third team player Matthew Beecher, who was spectating on that day, is alleged to have acted in an aggressive and intimidating manner towards the referee, using foul and abusive language towards him. Beecher had to be dragged away by officials of Helston Athletic.

Mawnan FC's Adam Pryor also faces an improper conduct charge during their match at Chacewater on September 3.

After being dismissed from the field of play Pryor is alleged to have used foul and abusive language towards the referee on two occasions.

It is also alleged that Pryor waited outside the referee's changing room and acted in an intimidating manner.

Carharrack manager Harry Pope faces the same charge from their match at Mullion last week in the Combination League.

Pope was removed from the technical area for swearing at the referee.
