Falmouth v Witheridge - Falmouth have had a week off to recharge after their stunning 7-2 win at Helston on Boxing Day, so I fancy them to take three points against struggling Witheridge, who may be depleted by having to travel from mid-Devon.

Falmouth Town 3, Witheridge 1

Tiverton Town v Helston Athletic - A quick re-match for these two, who met at Kellaway Parc in the League Cup on Monday. Tiverton edged that game 2-1, but boss Sid Taylor's return from New York will give the Blues a boost and they'll be good for a point.

SWPL Division 1 West

Bude v Porthleven - The Fishermen's opponents have been slowly sliding down the table after some indifferent form. Port will be without midfield starlet Jack Webber, who is at the final stage of England under-18 trials, but they will still have enough to win in North Cornwall

Bude 1, Porthleven 2

Sticker v Penryn Athletic - Sticker had a tough weekend, playing twice in three days, while Penryn cantered to a 7-1 win over a Penzance side in disarray. However, Sticker have not lost all season in the league and it is hard to see it changing here.

Sticker 3, Penryn Ath 1

Wendron Utd v Liskeard Ath - Wendron's defence has been as leaky as a bus shelter roof in recent weeks. Ever since Liskeard won at Porthleven in mid-November, however, their defence has been even more leaky than a bus shelter roof. And that's leaky.

Wendron Utd 4, Liskeard Ath 3

SWPL game of the day: Saltash Utd v Bodmin - Premier leaders Saltash will be smarting after losing to Helston last week, while defending champions Bodmin have not been entirely convincing in the last month.

Saltash Utd 1, Bodmin Town 0
