Helston Rugby Club's under-11s experienced their first tour with a lot of sunshine and matches over the weekend. Launceston entertained Helston on the Saturday. With Helston 11's coming away winning both games.

They then travelled on further, finally stopping at Bristol, enjoying a meal out and bowling night. Some fantastic rugby was then played by Helston on the Sunday, winning a total of five games.

With still plenty of energy left in the tank, the squad made the short trip to Ashton Gate and was invited to give the guard of honour for the Bristol v Wasps fixture.

The club would like to thank Tesco Helston for allowing the team to pack bags and raise funds for the trip.

Also, thanks to Richard Woodmansey, Church Town Farm, Jason Bardell at Plotlink, Tim Bland from convert my van.com , 100bikes.co.uk and Hydroclean South West.
