Wendron United held their end-of-season presentation evening on Saturday.

A total of 28 awards were handed out across the club’s four teams over the course of the evening.

In the first team, managed by Jack Greenwood, Luke Appleton won Player’s Player while Jamie Webb won Manager’s Player.

Cameron Wheat won Most Improved with Tom Martin taking Best Newcomer.

Jack Stocker won the Top-Scorer award with Andreas Calleja-Styne winning Best Under-21.

Scott Palmer took the Sporting Award while Reece Carroll won the Trainer Award.

Greenwood's side finished 15th in the South West Peninsula League Division 1 West last season.

In the second team, managed by Josh McDonald and Andrew Mitchell, Matt Potts won Players’ Player, Joe Chapman won Managers’ Player and Lucas Potts won Most Improved.

Ben Coleman won Top Scorer, Billy Stone won Most Promising and Tom Collins won the Sporting Award.

The second team achieved promotion to the Combination League after finishing second in the Trelawny League Premier last season.

In the third team, managed by Rob Noventa, Ryan Bennetto won Player’s Player, Antony Williams won Manager’s Player and Josh Padgeth won Most Improved.

There was a three-way tie for Top Scorer, with Williams, Bennetto and Zac Alexander sharing the award.

Lennon Watts and Jacob Woods shared the Most Promising award, while Bennetto also took the Valerie Martin Sporting award.

Noventa's boys finished fourth in Trelawny Division 2 last season.

In the fourth team, managed by Tony Whitehead, Jack Mitchell won Player’s Player, James Martin won Manager’s Player and Luke Rawley won Most Improved.

Tom Orchard won the Top Scorer award, Chris Unsworth won Most Promising and Ryan Mitchell won the Sporting award.

The fourth team came fifth in Trelawny Division 4 last season.

There were two other awards, with Bob Trice winning Clubman of the Year while Andreas Calleja-Styne won the President’s Award.
