Callington scored two injury-time goals to take the points in an ill-tempered match with Plymstock at Ginsters Marshfield Park on Saturday.
Plymstock had been leading 3-2 with five minutes to go thanks to goals from Phil Daniel, Aaron Hulme and Jamie Bass.
However, Curtis Kearney was then sent off and James Noble levelled with the game in injury time.
To make matters worse for the U's Matt Howes was sent off in the seventh minute of injury time for handling the ball on the line and captain Lee Beer kept his cool to step up and score from the spot.
The other Callington goals came from Ryan Lucassi and Andy Widdicombe.
