Falmouth Town’s goalless draw against Liskeard Athletic at Lux Park was a disappointing encounter as no side took advantage of the three points on offer.
Liskeard Athletic were the better side and came very close to pinching the points at the end when they hit the bar, but a point each was all either side deserved.
Falmouth Town move on to four points with a match against Bodmin Town in the preliminary round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
While Liskeard are still waiting for their first Peninsula win over Falmouth in nine meetings.
