Perranporth have been deducted one point after they failed to raise a side for their fixture against Plymstock United on Saturday.
The match has been awarded to Plymstock United who will receive the three points. In the league records it must be recorded as 0-0 as league may not award goals.
Perranporth will also be fined £250 of which £150 will be suspended and only activated in the event of future non-fulfillment of fixtures this season, if this happens the suspended £150 will be added to the standard fine of £250 to mean a fine of £400 and three points.
