Mawnan FC recorded their fifth win of the Trelawny League premier division season on Saturday as they beat struggling Carharrack 4-1.
Kevin Morris scored two goals, while Steve Retchford and Oliver Miller also hit the back of the net In division one, Halsetown’s 5-1 win over Portreath keeps them four points clear at the top of the table.
Redruth United are second after they beat St Day Reserves 3-0, while Constantine are third following 2-0 win over Chacewater.
Steve Hosking scored twice for St Keverne, but it could not prevent his side from going down to a 3-2 defeat at home to Newlyn Non-Athletico. The other division one results saw Trevenson record their first win of the season, with a 4-3 victory at Sennen, and Camborne School of Mines win 5-1 against Perranporth.
