Porthleven will be looking for some derby day joy when they meet Helston Athletic at Gala Parc on Good Friday, following some disappointing results against their rivals this campaign.

Port faced newly-promoted Helston for the first time in many seasons back in September when they sides met in the opemning round of the Throgmorton Cup.

The game saw Helston come away with a thrilling 5-4 win, after extra-tim,e and since then the Blues have had the upper hand over their rivals.

They subsquently beat Port 3-2 in the Durning Lawrence Charity Cup, also with the help of extra-time, and then won 2-1 in the league match on Boxing Day, thanks to two goals from Mark Godlsworthy.

Port will be looking for local bragging rights only, but it promises to be a tough match as high-fying Helston need the points to hold onto their second place finish.

Kick-off for the match will be at 2pm.
