Cornwall Senior Cup kicks off this weekend as Culdrose face St Stephen

The Cornwall Senior Cup kicks off this weekend as two Jolly's Combination League sides enter the extra preliminary round.

The competition, which was won by Bodmin Town last season, sees all Carlsberg SW Peninsula League sides in Cornwall take part as well as some teams from the Jolly's Combination League and east Cornwall Premier.

However, the CSWPL sides do not enter the competition until the second round stage, played in December.

This weekend sees just four teams enter the competition as RNAS Culdrose play St Stephen and Edgcumbe face St Agnes.

Both ties kick off this Saturday at 1.30pm.

If Culdrose win their match they could face a local derby with Mullion in the preliminary round.
