Porthleven Football Club have confirmed Dennis Annear as their new manager.
Port also welcome home former players Steve Allen and Symon Winnan, who will join Mark Woolcock as the club’s new backroom staff.
Dennis Annear played in goal, as part of the Penryn Athletic Reserves side who finished as runners up to Falmouth Town Reserves in last season's Jolly's Combination League title race.
Port have been without a manager since John Dent resigned from his position in late August. Dent, who was also a goalkeeper in his playing days, will bring his new AFC Penzance side back to Gala Parc this Saturday for their game against Porthleven in the Throgmorton Cup.
Coach Symon Winnan also joins Port from Penryn Athletic Reserves. He was the manager of their Combination League side this season but, due to work commitments, he has taken more of a back seat role at Penryn this campaign. Only last month he invited Falmouth Athletic DC to manager Phil Kellow into help him.
It is expected that Phil Kellow will take over as manager of Penryn Athletic Reserves, following Winnan's departure.
