Former Truro City manager Steve Massey in bid to save club

Former Truro City manager Steve Massey is looking to launch a takeover bid to save the Conference South club from liquidation.
Truro City entered into administration earlier this month and current first team manager Lee Hodges has stated that if a buyer could not be found he and the players would quitting after Tuesday night's game against Bath City.
Massey, who was in charge at Treyew Road from 2004 to 2006, told the BBC that he was looking to launch a takeover the club, but wouldn't go it alone.
He added that he would be willing to put money in to the club in the short term to pay wages and expenses if he felt he could get a deal going.
