All supporters of the Cornish Pirates will wish flanker Chris Morgan best wishes for a speedy recovery after he broke an arm in the opening minutes of Sunday's British & Irish Cup match against Carmarthen Quins.
Speaking with reference to the experienced and respected performer who led the Pirates out on the day, head coach Ian Davies said: "Losing the captain after four minutes was not good and it was devastating news for him and also us when it was confirmed that he had broken his arm.
"Chris is integral to everything we do and is a real leader of men on the park and it's a big blow for us."
The Pirates make the trip north of the border on Saturday for their second game of this year's British and Irish Cup against Dundee High.
